subnovii plasma pen
The subnovii plasma pen is the first FDA-approved plasma pen that uses low frequency to combat aging by stimulating collagen. The Subnovii is great for treating and preventing wrinkles and skin laxity and can minimize scars.

The pen uses energy that penetrates the surface of your skin and triggers a healing response in cells called fibroblasts, which go into overdrive in their production of collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid. Also called fibroblasting, the treatment regenerates skin from the inside out.

What Is A Treatment Like?

Consultations are an absolute MUST for this treatment.

Topical numbing cream is applied beforehand to make the visit as painless as possible. The plasma pen distributes heat in tiny columns throughout the skin.

This heat causes a small amount of trauma to the outer layer of skin, in turn creating firmer skin underneath.

The skin can feel warm immediately after procedure for the first few hours.

Redness and swelling up to 3 days post-procedure are totally normal.

There is about 1 week of downtime. There are little scabs that resemble freckles on the treatment site that will fall off within 5-7 days post-procedure.

Results and Cost
Results are not instant and vary based on candidacy from 1-3 years. The cool thing about this treatment is that once one is completed, multiple are not needed to get to desired achievement.

Typically, you will see some change starting 10 days post procedure, but full results do not appear until 3-6 months in.
